Art Law Forum 2024

On November 5, 2024, the annual “Kunst im Recht” (Art in Law) forum organized by Schulthess-Verlag took place at the Kunsthaus Zurich. A diverse program addressed lawyers and representatives of the art market alike. Christian Koller spoke about the triangular relationship between auction house, consignor and buyer and went into more detail about the tensions that arise in the process.
